Characterisation: The 8-storey office building has been designed as two separate parts A and B. Both parts are connected on every storey by corridors with limited access for building administration. The main part of the building consists of floors from -2 to 7. Two upper storeys have been moved backwards in order to visually lower the building and fit it better into neighbouring buildings. The building is characterised by a high fit-out standard. Precious materials have been selected for the exterior façade, where white and light-yellow sandstone is dominant. Interior walls have also been covered with sandstone and marble plates.

Statues preserved from ex-censorship building and placed now in the main corridor on the ground floor are an interesting interior element. Floors over the ground floor are designed for open-space offices. Parking lots and technical rooms for building administration have been situated on the two underground storeys.
