The Warsaw Branch of HOCHTIEF Polska is to build a 42-storey building with residential and services functions at 2/4 Twarda Street, which is the core centre of the capital of Poland, in direct proximity of Grzybowski Square. The project is being developed by Hines Polska.

The 160-metre tower will include numerous apartments ranging from 52 to 350 square metres, with a net total area of above-ground floors of as much as 32,000 square metres. Its ground floor along Twarda Str. is to provide commercial space for shops and services and its underground part has been designed to accommodate a 300-vehicle car park. The building's benefits will include its high finishing standard and the prestigious location with a view on Królewska Street, the Saski Park and Warsaw’s Old Town. Construction work is scheduled to take 30 months.
