The construction of the shell for the Lobos in Kraków Czyżyny office facility with retail part has finished. The traditional topping out ceremony symbolising this stage of the construction work took place on the building on 18 March. The project investor is Lobos Nieruchomości S.C.

The construction of this facility with a total area of 8,007 square metres began in July 2015 and it will last until September 2016. The four-storey office building with one underground storey, where along with garaging for 40 parking places there are also rooms for storage,  for municipal waste and for technical purposes, is being constructed as part of the investment process. The facility was designed in accordance with certification guidelines under the LEED standards.  Execution of the commission also comprises the development  of the surroundings, including green areas of over 950 square metres, construction of technical infrastructure, amongst others, of a car park with 52 parking places, internal roads, pavements and reconstruction of the existing road exits.

– We finished the building shell without windows, doors and construction of the transformer station. The work related to the execution of primarily the façade, finishing works in the building, together with installations and external works related to roads and network connections are currently ongoing. The execution of roads, car parks, greens and internal finishing work is yet to be processed– summarised the work progress Adam Głogowski, Site Manager at HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Kraków.
