Characterisation: The P4 office and service building will consist of two overground parts with a common underground garage with 274 parking spaces. The part located at Postepu Str. will include seven storeys, while the lower four-storey part will be located deep within the plot. In addition to the office space, there will be also a canteen, nursery school and gym in the building. Facilities for cyclists have been foreseen as well: 90 bicycle parking spaces, locker rooms and shower rooms. The project will be implemented with the use of ecological solutions that will allow to apply for the BREEAM certificate. The architecture of P4 will refer to the industrial history of Sluzewiec district, which is nowadays a dynamically developing office area in Warsaw.
