In connection with information on the internet and social media, we kindly inform that in 2008 Oleg Deripaska sold his shares at HOCHTIEF. Shareholder registers that identify the majority of HOCHTIEF AG shareholders show, that among company’s shareholders there isn’t currently any shareholder from Russia. Furthermore we inform that no Russian investor is a beneficial owner of HOCHTIEF Polska S.A. within the meaning of the provisions of the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act of March 1, 2018 (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1132, as amended), as confirmed by the entries in the open Central Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Minister of Finance.

HOCHTIEF Polska to build Leroy Merlin store in Katowice

The project is planned to be ready in Q2 2019.

The HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Kraków will construct a Leroy Merlin store in Katowice. The contract value was agreed to be kept confidential. The project is being carried out for Leroy Merlin Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. Construction works will finish in Q2 2019.

Within the scope of works, a retail-service building with a total area of about 14,000 square meters with infrastructure is being constructed. There will be a car park with more than 150 parking lots on the rooftop of the building. About 400 parking lots will be built within the area adjacent to the object.

This is the second order in Katowice given to HOCHTIEF Polska by Leroy Merlin and the tenth for the popular network of DIY markets altogether.
