135 places for residents ready in spring 2022
HOCHTIEF Polska has signed a contract for the execution of the nursing home Residence Saint Jadwiga at Pulaskiego/Traugutta in Wroclaw. The project is being carried out for ORPEA Polska sp. z o.o. The construction works start in the near future and will take about 19 months.
The commission includes rebuilding and extension of three objects with four over-ground floors, which are part of a historic monastery and hospital complex. The construction works will include buildings named „B” and „C” as well as part of the building „A” (1st and 2nd floor only). At the interface between buildings „A” and „B”, in the quoin, technical rooms and a ramp will be constructed, which will connect the Nursing Home and the Bonifraterskie Centrum Zdrowia clinic.
The nursing home Residence Saint Jadwiga will accommodate 135 beds in 84 rooms. The projects will have above 7 100 square meters of a total area and nearly 6 000 square meters of a nett usable area.
The object is under supervision of the Municipal Conservationist.
