In connection with information on the internet and social media, we kindly inform that in 2008 Oleg Deripaska sold his shares at HOCHTIEF. Shareholder registers that identify the majority of HOCHTIEF AG shareholders show, that among company’s shareholders there isn’t currently any shareholder from Russia. Furthermore we inform that no Russian investor is a beneficial owner of HOCHTIEF Polska S.A. within the meaning of the provisions of the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act of March 1, 2018 (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1132, as amended), as confirmed by the entries in the open Central Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Minister of Finance.

HOCHTIEF Polska to build first stage of residential complex URSUS Classic

Construction works will start soon

HOCHTIEF Polska has signed a contract for the construction of the first stage of the residential complex URSUS Classic. The developer is UDI Group, a leading development and investing company based in the Czech Republic, that is currently expanding in several countries in Central Europe. The construction works will start soon and take approximately 18 months.

HOCHTIEF Polska will build a seven-storey building with a usable floor space of more than 10,300 square meters. The six storeys above ground will accommodate 114 apartments of different size. Commercial units will also be set up on the ground floor. A parking lot with 121 parking spaces and bicycle storerooms are planned in the basement.

The residential complex URSUS Classic is located at Dyrekcyjna Street in Warsaw, on the revitalized premises of former URSUS factory. The complex was designed by the design studio Kuryłowicz & Associates.
