Building D ready in 2nd quarter of 2023
HOCHTIEF Polska has signed a contract for the execution of the next stage of the Pasaż Aniński residential complex. Building D is the second stage of the residential estate planned at Jan Nowak-Jeziorański street in Warsaw. The ordering party is the company ED invest S.A., which implements this project in a joint venture with the ORLIK-JANTAR housing cooperative. Completion of the construction works is scheduled for the second quarter of 2023.
The order covers the construction of a facility with a total area of approximately 12,000 square meters, consisting of eight storeys above ground and an underground garage. It will be housing 117 apartments and a commercial space on the ground floor.
The second stage of the residential estate Pasaż Aniński is the fourth commission from ED invest. HOCHTIEF Polska has already finished the project Orlik residential complex and is currently building Wilga VI residential complex and ending the first stage of Pasaz Aniński residential estate (building E).
