Characterisation: The Malta Gallery is one of the most technologically advanced commercial and entertainment centre in the Wielkopolska Region. The mall stands in the proximity of the centre of Poznan, at the junction of streets: Abp. Antoniego Baraniaka and Katowicka, opposite the Malta Lake.

The modern, three storey steel-and-glass building of the Gallery has a total area of above 152,500 sq. metres, 52,000 sq. metres of which hosts around 200 shops and service facilities, a multiplex cinema, a fitness centre and numerous cafes and restaurants. The customers have access to a 7-level car park which stretches to an area of 44,200 sq. meters, designed to provide space for nearly 2,000 cars and a direct access to the shopping mall. The total volume of the commercial and entertainment complex is 695,303 cubic metres, while the car park has a volume of 115,736 cubic metres. The surrounding premises include a green area with leisure facilities.
 
The Malta Gallery has been designed by APA Wojciechowski Sp. z o.o. and the Architecture Studio of Ewa & Stanisław Sipinscy
 
The building received the BREEAM In-Use certificate. It was evaluated as very good in two categories: operating and management of the gallery.
