Characterisation: Nineteenth-century building of Hugger’s Brewery in the center of Poznan was adapted as a commercial center and an office park. Old Brewery includes a complex of nearly 100 shops and services, office space and a car park.

The second construction stage included an expansion of the complex by adding a new office and commercial building, a redesign of the existing building of the former military court and roofing the internal courtyard.

- "Platinum Drill" in the competition organized by Robert Bosch (2004)
- The best Retail Centre in the world in the Medium - Sized Retail Project category - for the Old Brewery (Stary Browar) Commerce, Art and Business Centre in Poznan - the title awarded by the European branch of the International Council of Shopping Centres.
- Central Eastern Europe Property Awards in category Best Retail Centre - award granted to Old Brewery (Stary Browar) Commerce, Art and Business Cetnre in Poznan during East European Real Estate and Investments Fair CEPIF 2006
- In 2007 the project won the “Construction of the Year” title in the commercial buildings category, in contest organized by the Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians (PZiTB)
