Description: In the autumn 2014 HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Krakow had been commissioned to extend an existing industrial plant for assembling electric motors with a logistic building in the Niepolomice Economic Industrial Zone. The project was carried out for the company Sopem, a fully owned subsidiary of the Somfy Group – leader in the automatic control of openings and closures in homes and buildings (manufacturer of e.g. electric motors for trellis, roller shutters, jalousie, marquee and gates).  The building with the total area of about 4,500 square meters consists of two functional zones: warehouse hall with a storing height of 10 meters and workshop space which will house a repair shop, a pallet warehouse and a room for loading and control of lift tracks.

The industrial plant in Niepolomice was built by HOCHTIEF Polska branch in Krakow in 2013-2014 and extended with a production-warehouse-social building in 2016-2017.
