Service and office area are located on the ground floor and on the underground storey there are: a garage with 62 parking lots, infrastructure for bicycles and storage rooms. As a scope of works an internal infrastructure (roads, sidewalks and car park for 39 cars) were constructed. The object has 8,222 square metres of a total area, including 5,000 square metres of an office area.
