Description: Construction of an office and service facility with five upper and one underground floors. Its total area is nearly 9,000 sqm. The order also covered the implementation of outdoor works, among others: roads, sidewalks, a parking lot for 162 parking spaces and greenery development with an area of more than 15,000 sqm.
Within 2008-2009 HOCHTIEF Polska erected an A office building as part of the Flanders Business Park complex (total area: almost 13,000 sqm.).
