Office buildings

Construction of an office building called Alpha with service premisses on the ground floor. It is the first stage of a state-of-the-art office complex Airport City Gdansk located next to Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport. 

The office building has six floors above ground and two underground levels intended for a garage. The facade of the building has high acoustic parameters ensuring high sound retention. The scope of works included the execution of necessary technical and road infrastructure. The budilding was constructed in accordance with the LEED GOLD certification standard.
