Characterisation: Rondo 1 designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merill (SOM) and AZO is located on a 5,832 square meters building plot in Warsaw’s prestigious business centre on the corner of Jana Pawla II Avenue and Swietokrzyska Street.

The office project Rondo 1 consists of two elements: 40-stories skyscraper with ca. 58,000 square meters office area and 10-stories building offering retail rooms and car park places. Both structures are connected by a 14 meter high, glass space called „winter garden” accessible to the wider public. There is additionally a commercial area with many restaurants and cafes. Rondo 1 is not only an impressive example of modern architecture, but, most importantly, the 40-stories tower contains high quality flexible office accommodation, which can be easily tailored to customers’ requirements. Three glazed elevator shafts have been situated outside the building frame allowing office space the maximum efficiency. It is be possible to admire the town panorama from eighteen completely glazed lifts from a height of 160 metres.
