Description: In the 1st stage of the Business Garden Warszawa were constructed two buildings with seven overground storeys and two underground storeys with garages and technical rooms. The first building houses a business hotel, restaurants, conference centre and a small office area. In the other building besides office spaces there are also service premises. The construction involved the application of modern design and technical solutions compliant with the principles of sustainable construction. A LEED certificate has been applied for in relation to B2 office building.
Award:
In 2015 the 1st stage of the Business Garden Warszawa office complex won the contest “Project: Space” in category “Commercial Investments”, organised by Ministry of the Environment.
