Characterisation: The Nowy Dom Jablkowskich is a prestigious project located in Warsaw city centre. The project investors are the subsidiaries of LHI sp. z o.o. and Dom Towarowy Bracia Jablkowscy S.A. The six-storey building is located at the junction of the Bracka and Chmielna Streets, and it covers an area of 4,500 square metres. Its ground floor was designed to include shopping venues and services. The remaining floors are used for offices. The project also includes a two-level underground car park.
The Nowy Dom Jablkowskich was designed so that its shell would be reminiscent of the pre-war buildings while the architectonic solutions could combine with the style of the neighbouring buildings. These features allow the building to merge naturally with the Bracka Street spatial lay-out.
