Description: The 1st stage building has six to nine storeys and houses 163 apartments as well as four commercial premises. It also includes a car park on an underground storey. The building’s total usable area amounts approx. 8,400 square meters. It offers apartments with floor areas ranging from 32 to 77 square meters (from one- to four-room apartments). Each of apartments has a balcony or loggia. In addition, the owners of a part of apartments situated on the upper floors benefit from terraces on roof. Moreover, a part of the ground floor apartments have an access to their own gardens.
The JK51 is the gated housing estate, equipped with double access control. The housing estate includes a courtyard for inhabitants and playground for children.
