The project will be ready in the third quarter of 2017
A traditional topping-out ceremony was held on July 4, 2017 at the construction site of the VIVO! Krosno shopping and service center. The investor of the project is IMMOFINANZ and Acteeum Group which operate through a special-purpose company. The general contractor is HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Krakow.
The VIVO! Krosno will be of a single-story shopping and service center with a shopping gallery space, a cinema and a grocery shop. The area of the facility will amount above 27,828 square meters. As a scope of works a car park for ca. 700 vehicles, an internal roads system and a technical infrastructure will be built. Construction works will be done in the third quarter of 2017.
The VIVO! Krosno shopping and service center will have distinguished architectural values in the scope of a form and finishing materials. The building was designed so that its architecture could combine with the local tradition of glass production, e.g. tinted glass – panels will be set in the front facade.
– The works are being carried out as planned. The main masonry works were completed and the reinforced concrete structure were executed. Insulation works on the roofs, installation works of all disciplines and plastering works are in progress. Façade works as well as all finishing works remain to be executed. The completion of the construction is planned for the third quarter of 2017 – Jacek Michałek, contract manager at HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Krakow, concluded.
