99 apartments will be ready in the first half of 2019
The HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Krakow was contracted to build a residential building in the Dom w Dolinie Trzech Stawow (House in the Three Ponds Valley) residential complex at Sikorskiego 45 Street in Katowice. Investor of the project is OKAM Trzy Stawy Sp. z o.o., the company of OKAM Capital group.The contract value was agreed to be kept confidential. Construction works will start in September 2017 and finish in the first half of 2019.
As part of the scope of works, a residential building with eight above-ground stories and two underground stories will be built. It will house 99 apartments, 142 regular parking lots and four carpark lifts. The useable area of the apartments will amount to about 7,330 square meters. On the external area of the Dom w Dolinie Trzech Stawow complex, sport facilities for tennis and beach volleyball will be built.
During 2012-2016, the HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Krakow has constructed three residential buildings with a total area of about 22,300 square meters in the Dom w Dolinie Trzech Stawow complex. There are 164 apartments with a total usable area of about 10,300 square meters.
