The ninth order for the network of DIY markets.
HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Krakow is building a Leroy Merlin store at Blonie Street in Tarnow. The contract value was agreed to be kept confidential. The project is carried out for Leroy Merlin Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. Construction works will commence in November this year and end in July 2018.
Within the scope of works a building of a total area of more than 11,500 square meters is being constructed. It will comprise a sales hall, office, social and technical rooms. Moreover the necessary technical infrastructure, roads, a car park with 358 parking spaces as well as green areas will be built.
The order in Tarnow is already the ninth, commissioned to HOCHTIEF Polska by Leroy Merlin. HOCHTIEF Polska has already built stores in Bielsko-Biala, Gliwice, Katowice, Mikolow, Modlniczka, Poczesna, Rzeszow and Zory for the popular network of DIY markets.
