The building will be completed in mid-2019.
The HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Kraków will construct a Leroy Merlin store in Wieliczka. The contract value was agreed to be kept confidential. The project
is being carried out for Leroy Merlin Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. Construction works will commence from mid-2018 to summer of 2019.
Within the scope of works, a retail-service object with warehouse zone with a total area of more than 14,100 square meters is being constructed. The order includes construction of two car parks: the first with 200 parking lots on the rooftop of the building and the second with about 190 parking lots within the area of the object. Moreover outer road system and a viaduct above National Road 94 (DK94) will be built.
The order in Wieliczka is already the 11th, commissioned to HOCHTIEF Polska by Leroy Merlin.
