Nearly 200 apartments ready in 2020.
HOCHTIEF Polska has signed an annex to a contract for building the 3rd stage of the Miasto Moje housing estate at Marywilska Street in Warsaw. The works will be executed by HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Warsaw. The investor is Ronson Development Partner 2 Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością – Miasto Moje Spółka komandytowa. Construction works will begin in March, 2019 and take about 18 months.
The scope of works comprises construction of three buildings including 196 apartments and with a total usable area of more than 10,000 square meters. In the basement, a garage with about 175 parking spaces, cellar rooms and bicycle storage rooms are planned. In addition, an above-ground car park will be provided. Land development and execution of technical infrastructure also form part of the contract.
Additionally, the annex provides HOCHTIEF Polska with an opportunity to execute the 4th stage of the Miasto Moje housing estate.
Within 2016–2018, HOCHTIEF Branch in Warsaw built the 1st and 2nd stage of the Miasto Moje housing estate.
