164 apartments will be ready in 2020/2021.
HOCHTIEF Polska was chosen as a general contractor of the Orlik residential project at Rogalskiego Street in Warsaw. The contract value was agreed to be kept confidential. The project is being carried out for ED Invest S.A. Construction works are planned to begin in Q2, 2019 and are supposed to be done in 2020/2021.
The scope of works in Gocław area comprises construction of a residential building with eight over-ground stories and a total area of almost 15,000 square meters. There will be 164 apartments with a total usable area of nearly 8,700 square metres. 128 parking spaces were planned in an underground garage and in a garage on a ground floor as well as another 43 at the external car park. Moreover on the ground floor there will be about 850 square metres of commercial premises.
