Work is scheduled to be completed in 16 months.
HOCHTIEF Polska has signed a contract for reconstruction of a Courtyard Marriott hotel building at Żwirki i Wigury 1 Street in Warsaw. The investor is Polski Holding Hotelowy Sp. z o.o. The execution of the order is supposed to begin in May, 2019 takes approximately 16 months.
As a scope of works i.e. 236 hotel rooms, reception, restaurant, conference and ball rooms as well as entrance hall will be renovated and its arrangement will be changed. Beside conference halls on 3rd and 4th floor will be rebuilt into new two-room suites with bathrooms. A café on the ground floor of the hotel will be rebuild.
Execution of the order will be divided in phases to keep service of guests in an operating hotel.
