New apartments ready in the 4th quarter 2021
HOCHTEIF Polska has signed a contract for the execution of the Pasaż Aniński investment (building E). This is the first stage of the housing estate planned at Jan Nowak-Jeziorański street in the Praga Południe district (Gocław area). The ordering party is the company ED invest S.A., which implements this project in a joint venture with the ORLIK-JANTAR housing cooperative. The construction work completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2021.
The order covers the construction of a facility with a total area of 9,328 square meters, consisting of eight floors above ground and a one-story underground garage. Further parking spaces and service premises are planned on the ground floor of the building.
Pasaż Aniński is the second commission from ED invest S.A. for which HOCHTIEF Polska is currently building Orlik residential complex located at Rogalskiego street in Warsaw.
