On Thursday, September 30th, the topping-out ceremony was held at the Wilga VI project in the Warsaw district of Gocław. HOCHTIEF Polska is constructing a residential facility there on behalf of Ed invest S.A,, which is implementing the project in cooperation with the Gocław Lotnisko Housing Cooperative.
The seven-storey Wilga VI building is being constructed on Jana Nowaka Jeziorańskiego Street in the dynamically developing part of Gocław, in the close vicinity of the Promenada Shopping Mall. It will be housing 104 apartments, two commercial premises on the first floor and a one-level underground garage. The works began in February this year and will be completed in the third quarter of 2022.
"Topping out is a symbolic momen, indicating an advanced stage of the investment's implementation. After 7 months of work the building has reached its full height. We are finishing the brickwork of curtain walls and intermediate walls. The works are carried out according to schedule and we will be installing windows and the elevation soon. Wilga VI is the third project executed by HOCHTIEF Polska for ED invest S.A. Earlier, the companies cooperated on the Osiedle Orlik project and are currently ending the construction of the first stage of the Pasaż Aniński estate.
