In the prestigious competition of PZITB (Polish Association of Engineers and Building Technicians) the complex of the Academy of A. F. Modrzewski in Cracow (I stage) obtained the title of “Construction of the year 2004”.
The first class prize awarded in the category of cultural, educational, sports and recreational buildings emphasises the architectonic advantages and functionality of the modern educational building.
At present HOCHTIEF Polska Branch Kpis-Cracovia carries out the II stage of works related to construction of the Academy of A. F. Modrzewski building.
The competition jury also granted the second class prize in the category of office buildings for the construction of the seat of a Division of the Warta S. A. Insurance and Reinsurance Company.
The building has been constructed by HOCHTIEF Polska Branch Budokor.
