By the end of 2006 Slough Estates Polska and HOCHTIEF Polska Budokor Branch concluded the contract for general contractor services of Tulipan House, a four storey office building with 2 levels of underground garage.
Tulipan House is located in the Mokotow district of Warsaw and will offer approximately 18,000 sq m of Class A office. The eye-catching architecture with imposing and representative atrium of 14 meters height combined with modern technical specification, provide for maximum comfort of the future occupiers. The building will be delivered in April 2008. The building was designed by Warsaw based design office E&L Architects. EC Harris acts as Project Manager for the scheme. JonesLangLaSalle represents Slough Estates for the letting.
