HOCHTIEF Polska Kpis-Cracovia Branch and Leroy Merlin Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. signed a contract for the construction of a new shopping hall in Nowa Wies near Czestochowa. The facility is already the sixth investment of Leroy Merlin implemented by HOCHTIEF Polska.
The most recent building of Leroy Merlin, a distributor of construction and finishing materials, is going to be located in Nowa Wies in the gmina of Poczesna, 10 kilometres from Czestochowa. The construction work started in the first half of 2007 and is planned to be completed in October this year.
The project includes constructing a shopping hall and the accompanying infrastructure.
The Krakow-based branch of HOCHTIEF Polska has so far built Leroy Merlin facilities in Bielsko-Biala, Gliwice, Krasne near Rzeszow, Modlniczka near Krakow and in Zory.
