HOCHTIEF Polska chosen as General Contractor of Osiedle Kalinowe residential project in Rokietnica near Poznan.
Osiedle Kalinowe will be situated on a 5 ha parcel in a picturesque location along the so-called Napoleon Route, 19 km from the city centre of Poznan.
It will consist of a complex of eight four-storey multi-apartment buildings.
In total, the housing complex will comprise 192 two- or three-room flats, from 53 to 65 sqm each.
The project also includes the construction of the site infrastructure, i.e. the access roads and car parks as well as the arrangement of green areas. The complex will be fenced and protected with around-the-clock security.
The modern Osiedle Kalinowe was designed by the Archymetria architectural design studio.
The buildings will have a total area of 10,720 sqm, the roads – 9,395 sqm and the green areas will spread over 7,700 sqm.
The construction work is going to start in August 2007 and is scheduled to be completed in spring 2008.
