A commercial building for E&L Invest and a production facility for Kimball Electronics Poland increased the order portfolio.
HOCHTIEF Polska Poz-Building Branch have been contracted to build a shopping and services pavilion of the Interior Decoration Centre at Zwierzyckiego Street in Lubin and a medical electronics manufacturing plant in Tarnowo Podgórne. The contracts volumes were agreed to be kept confidential.
The Interior Decoration Center is divided into three functional zones: the commerce, the exhibition and commerce and the exhibition and service zone. It is an investment of E&L Invest and will have a total area of 11,429 square metres and a height of 11,755 metres. The project is planned to be completed in March 2009.
The manufacturing plant is an investment of Kimball Electronics Poland.
It includes a production hall and a warehouse with a total area of 10,000 square metres and a volume of 81,500 cubic metres. Additionally a two-storey office and staff building with an area of 5,100 square metres and a volume of 21,900 cubic metres will be build. The project, which will have been completed by July 2009, will also be comprised of internal roads and the construction of an exit from National Route 92.
