Two building parts in L-shape - 102 apartments on six and nine storeys.
HOCHTIEF Polska has completed the construction of the Casa Verde project for Orco Property Group in Warsaw Mokotów. The company has built the apart-ment building with 8,036 square meters usable space in only 18 months.
The Building is characterized by its two parts, arranged in L-shape. One part is six storeys high; the other part is nine storeys high.
They contain 102 apart-ments from 32 to 152 square meters plus underground parking space. The penthouses offer spacious terraces; all other apartments are equipped with bal-conies, loggias or gardens. The whole apartment building is barrier-free.
HOCHTIEF Polska used especially fine materials for the Casa Verde: exotic wood, high-class natural stone and burgundy coloured ceramic clinker brick-work underline the exclusive atmosphere of the apartment building.
Casa Verde is located in the northern part of Mokotów between Rakowiecka and Bruna Streets, surrounded by the green terrain of Mokotów Fields, near to the exact city centre. Around the building is a green courtyard with a playground for children and recreation places for the inhabitants.
