On 21 November 2008, HOCHTIEF Polska Budokor Branch put the sym-bolic perch over the building A in the office complex of Flanders Busi-ness Park in Warsaw. Ceresco Poland Sp. z o.o. is the building's inves-tor. The symbolic topping out ceremony took place 7 months after the beginning construction works of building A and was the closing element in the completion of its raw state.
Flanders Business Park is situated in Flisa street, in the immediate vicinity of Łopuszańska street and Okęcie International Airport in Warsaw.

Building A will comprise two parts: five- and six-storey part and an underground level serving as a car park. Additionally, there will be a technical storey con-structed in both parts. The total floor area of the building will be 12,915 sq. m., and its total volume 42,439 cubic metres.
To facilitate the individual arrangement of offices, the floors of the building will have open space form.There will be modern security systems installed in the office building, including CCTV cameras and access control in its chosen parts.

Currently HOCHTIEF Polska is conducting a full range of installation works and construction activities, including aluminium fronts and clinker brick façades, roof insulation, cement floor, gypsum plaster, dry construction and assembly of pas-senger lifts. About 30 subcontracting companies are involved in carrying out the works. The works are performed ahead of the contractual schedule of the con-struction. The construction of building A in Flanders Business Park complex began April this year. The works are planned to be completed by Q2 of 2009.
