On 3 February 2009, HOCHTIEF Polska Budokor Branch topped out the Platinum Towers, a multi-apartment residential under construction in Warsaw.

Platinum Towers is one of the technologically most advanced and most prestigious residential investments in the centre of Warsaw. Built between Grzybowska and Wronia streets, the building is going to be part of a luxury hotel, conference and residential complex funded by ATLAS ESTATES LIMITED. The work on site started in September 2007 and the symbolic topping out ceremony marked the completion of the shell.

The contract executed by HOCHTIEF Polska Budokor Branch provides for constructing a 22-floor residential building with a commercial ground floor and a three-level underground car park with over 560 parking spaces, as well as the necessary access routes and the underground technical infrastructure. The total area of the residential building, which consists of a common base and two towers A and B, is designed to be approx. 60,000 square metres.

The Platinum Towers feature unique and modern architectural solutions. Best quality finishing materials are used. The building also has a interesting layout of its common spaces. The usable area of almost 24,000 square metres will be divided into 387 apartments and flats of individual areas ranging from 35 to 212 square metres, increased with spacious loggia.

The works are scheduled to be completed in August 2009.

"At present, HOCHTIEF Polska is doing indoor finishing work in apartments and on the building's internal common spaces. We are also working on the façade and developing the common spaces outside the building entrance," said Wojciech Urbanski, Project Manager at HOCHTIEF Polska Budokor Branch.
