Commercial project in Lubin for E&L Invest completed - Production Facility for Kimbell Electronics in Tarnowo Podgórne topped out

In April HOCHTIEF Polska Poznań Branch completed the construction of a commercial project for E&L Invest and the shell of a production facility for Kimball Electronics Poland. The production plant building in Tarnowo Podgórne, where electronics and medical products will be manufactured, was topped out on Friday 17 April. Three days later, on 20 April, Monday, the commercial project, an interior decoration and equipment centre in Lubin, was finally completed.

The complex built for Kimball Electronics Poland includes a production hall with a warehouse of a total area of 10 000 square metres and a two-storey office and technical building of a floorage of 5 100 square metres. The project will also cover internal roads of 12 100 square metres and an exit from National Route 92. The topping-out ceremony marked the end of the shell construction stage and finishing works are now being performed. The project will have been finalised by July 2009.

The interior decoration and equipment shopping mall in Lubin, called Galeria INDOMO, which has just been commissioned, is an investment by E&L Invest. It is a one-stop-shop that offers a full range of products for interior decoration and home, supplemented with a PIOTR I PAWEŁ supermarket, cafe and a children care centre. The project also involved construction of passageways around the complex and delivery of sanitary and technical facilities. The building is 11 755 metres' high and has an area of approx. 11 400 square metres.
