The Krakow Branch of HOCHTIEF Polska was commissioned by Neinver Polska to build the Futura Park complex in Modlniczka near Kraków, close to an exit from the A4 motorway. Its contract value was agreed to be kept confidential.
The scope of the work contracted includes a two-storey building of an area exceeding 49,000 square metres and a 1,400-vehicle car park. The new building is the Futura commercial park, which will provide space for small and medium-sized shops and a factory outlet centre. The construction works will commence in June 2010 and are planned to be finished in August 2011.
Neinver Polska's project is yet another commercial property development order acquired by HOCHTIEF Polska this year. In February the Warsaw Branch of HOCHTIEF Polska started building the Marine Commercial Park (Polish name: Morski Park Handlowy) in Gdańsk. Neither is it the first Neinver's project carried out in co-operation with HOCHTIEF Polska. In the past, the investor chose the Poznań Branch of HOCHTIEF Polska to build Galeria Malta, a commercial and entertainment centre in Poznań, which was commissioned in March 2009.
