HOCHTIEF Polska signed a contract for constructing a tyre warehouse with office space for Bridgestone Poznań. It is to be located at 65 Bałtycka Str. in Poznań. The terms of the contract require that its value remain undisclosed. The scope of the project includes a 12-metre high warehouse hall of more than 40,000 square metres of usable space and over 800 square metres of gross office space. The work is to be started in July this year and is scheduled to be completed in April 2011.
The new warehouse is not the first project carried out by the Poznań Branch of HOCHTIEF Polska for the local Bridgestone unit. Previous contracts completed by HOCHTIEF Polska since 1998 include production halls and warehouse halls on the premises of the tyre manufacturer's plant in that city.
