Completion of work at level 0 of the Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich (literally, the New Jablkowski House) was followed by the symbolic cornerstone ceremony. The building is an investment by subsidiaries of LHI Leasing Polska sp. z o.o. and Dom Towarowy Bracia Jabłkowscy S.A. and its general contractor is the Warsaw Branch of HOCHTIEF Polska.

The Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich will be a modern commercial building, located at the junction of Chmielna and Bracka streets in the core centre of Warsaw. Its architectural solutions refer to the style of the neighbouring buildings:
the sandstone facade with stone components and the Siberian larch panels on the walls give the building an impression of lightness and emphasise its modern design. Thanks to the peculiar segmentation of its facade and a shape typical for pre-war buildings, the house harmoniously melts into the historical landscape of Bracka street.
The Nowy Dom Jabłkowskich will provide multiple functions: with its ground floor occupied by services, floors 1 through 5 will be used as office space of an area of approx. 2,800 square metres. It will also include a two-storey underground car park with an entrance from Bracka street. The building’s total area will be approx. 4,500 square metres.

At present, the zero level has been completed and the ground floor structure is being built. Masonry and systems installation work on the underground storeys has also been started. The construction of the reinforced concrete structure will continue at least until mid-November, which is the planned month of commencing the facade assembly work. The property is planned to be completed in June 2011.
