HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Warsaw has completed the raw state of office building located at Dolna Street in Warsaw
On 5 October 2011 was held a symbolic topping out ceremony in the office building. The Ceremony was held to commemorate the completion of the raw state of the Jeronimo Martins Dystrybucja office building in less than 15 months after completion of the office and utility facility began. The nine-storey Jeronimo Martins Dystrybucja office building is located at Dolna Street in Mokotów, a district of Warsaw.
The ground floor will house the commercial-service areas, and the other storeys will accommodate offices. The project also includes the construction of a five-storey underground parking zone. The project covers a total area of 18,540 square metres.
At the beginning of September HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Warsaw completed the raw state of the facility. It is now carrying out elevation and finishing works. The installation of electrical and mechanical facilities has also been started.
Construction work is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2012.
