13 October – milestone in the project implemented by HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Warsaw

Tacit Development Polska and HOCHTIEF Polska symbolically laid the cornerstone for the Cosmopolitan Twarda 2/4 skyscraper.
The facility is being erected in the centre of Warsaw, in the direct vicinity of Plac Grzybowski. The project involves construction of a 160-metre-tall residential tower with 250 apartments and a five-level office and service building. The tower will be built on a four-level base with commercial and service and office spaces. In the underground part there will be a parking lot with 299 parking spaces. The adjacent office and service building under construction will house cafes, galleries and offices. The building and the tower base will be joined with a glass roof. The tower will have five elevators: two fast elevators for floors 34 to 44, two other for the remaining levels, and a technical elevator. The total surface of the facility will be over 53,000 square metres.
Project construction works began in May 2010. Structure of the tall part of the building will be commenced soon.
Works are planned to be completed in the middle of 2013.
