Office building Canal+ in Mokotów sold to new owner
HOCHTIEF Polska sold an office building with a total area of 14,893 square metres at Al. Gen. Sikorskiego, in Warsaw to an SPV ultimately owned by RealManagement S.A. The value of the contract was EUR 14,1 million.
The property is a six-storey building with a three-storey underground parking zone for 137 vehicles. With facades finished predominantly in glass, steel and concrete, the facility has a modern, simple form and a light structure.
An additional asset of the property is its location in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, a preferred location for offices, with all main traffic links and green areas nearby.
During project execution, HOCHTIEF was responsible for all steps in the value chain: HOCHTIEF Polska for development of the property, execution of the construction works and HOCHTIEF Facility Management Polska for facility management after handover. The building was commissioned in March 2008. The property is being used by Canal + Cyfrowy – one of the leading TV broadcasters in Poland – based on a long-term lease contract.
