HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Warszawa completed the shell of the stage two at residential complex in Mokotów
A symbolic ceremony was held on 20 September 2012 to commemorate the completion of the raw state of the second stage of the residential complex in 11 months after completion of the project began.
The scope of work at Kłobucka Street in Mokotów, a district of Warsaw, includes the construction of a residential building with an underground car park. The project comprises two parts: an eleven- storey- part (staircases No.1 and 2) and a seven-storey- part (staircase No.3). It occupies an area of more than 16,000 square metres. The building will include 136 high-standard-flats. The building forms stage two of the Sakura residential complex which is being developed by the Ronson Development. Construction of the first building in the Sakura residential complex included realization of 99 apartments in a nine – storey- building as well as office and commercial space on the ground floor and the first floor. The stage one of the complex was completed in April 2012, and stage two is scheduled to be completed in May 2013. Assets of the Sakura residential complex are its location, which offers a proximity of attractive green areas (horse racing track, Pole Mokotowskie park complex), internal Japanese style garden, functional layout of flats as well as many sandstone and glass elements.
