The project is scheduled to be completed in December 2013.
HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Kraków commenced construction of the shopping center marcredo Center Piekary Śląskie. The project was ordered by the Elbfonds Development. The contract value was agreed to be kept confidential. The scope of works includes construction of one-storey building on a plot of 4,88 ha, at the junction of the Karola Miarki street and regional road No. 911, close to an exit from the A1 motorway.
It will occupy an area of 8,520 square meters and house inter alia: grocery store, building store, electronics store, boutiques, drugstore, service facilities, jeweler, accessories, as well as restaurants, petrol station and home furnishing stores. The customers will be able to use a car park designed to provide space for nearly 270 cars. Construction work is scheduled for completion in December 2013.
