The project is scheduled to be completed in March 2014

HOCHTIEF Polska commenced construction of the shopping center marcredo Center Kutno. The project was ordered by 2. DIP Invest Sp. z o.o. 5. Fund 2. Project Sp.k., SPV, which is owned by the elbfonds Group. The contract value was agreed to be kept confidential. The scope of works includes construction of two commercial buildings: A building (a shopping mall scheduled) and B building (a retail park scheduled). The both buildings will occupy a total area of approx. 18,000 square meters.

The A building has been designed on the plan of L-letter as one-storey building with an office mezzanine and small basement housing technical facilities. The B building is one-storey as well. The customers will be able to use a over ground car park designed to provide space for over 400 cars. The project includes also realization of technical infrastructure. Construction works are scheduled for completion in March 2014.
