Topped out on 22 May 2014 building is part of the 3rd stage of modern Sakura residential complex at Kłobucka Street in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The project was ordered by Ronson Development Partner 3 Sp. z o.o. The scope of the project includes construction of two buildings C and D with technical infrastructure and access road.

The project has been constructed in two stages. In the first stage, a seven-storey building D (with one-level underground car park) and an underground part of the building C were built. The building D with area of 14 000 square meters has 145 apartments ranging from 34 to 99 square meters. The realization of the first stage started in September 2013. The aboveground part of the building C will be executed within the second stage of the investment. The construction works commenced in April, 2014, and will be conducted 15 months long.

- We have completed all construction works in range of the raw state of the building D, at present we are doing finishing and reinforced concrete construction works in the underground car park of building C. According to the schedule adopted in the nearest future we will start to construct above ground part of the building C - summarized Grzegorz Górniak, project manager in HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Warsaw.

Assets of the Sakura residential complex are numerous glazed surfaces and sandstone elements of its facade as well as internal Japanese style garden with an area of 2 300 square meters dedicated only to the future residents. The investment which is currently under construction is the third building of the Sakura residential complex. The 11-storey building constructed in the 1st stage included 99 apartments and the 10-storey building constructed in the 2nd stage has 136 apartments.
