Construction of the project to be finished in 2015

HOCHTIEF Polska signed a contract for the extension of an existing production hall in Chrzanów, in the Małopolska province. The contract value was agreed to be kept confidential. The investor of the project is Valeo Autosystemy - Oddział Produkcji Systemów Świetlnych (Branch of Lighting Systems Production), which is the one and only company in Poland producing tail, fore and fog lights. The construction works will be carried out by HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Krakow. They begin in July 2014. Finalization of works is scheduled for January 2015. The scope of works specified in the contract also includes the construction of staff and technical facility, car park as well as technical infrastructure. The total area of the building amounts to 8, 558 square meters, and the area of roads and pavements 5, 491 square meters.
