Five office buildings covering approx. 102,000 square metres – another LEED compliant project

HOCHTIEF Polska was contracted by the Vastint Poland to build five office buildings in Żwirki i Wigury Str. in Warsaw. The scope of works encompasses also the construction of technical infrastructure, roads and a park. The contract value was agreed to be kept confidential. The construction works are planned to be completed at the beginning of 2017.

New buildings form the stage two of the Business Garden Warszawa complex. Four buildings will have seven overground levels and two underground levels with car parks and technical rooms.  One building has been designed as six-storeys building with one underground level.  The total area of buildings will amount to 102,000 square metres. The buildings will be constructed using mixed technologies, i.e. the underground part will be made as a reinforced concrete structure cast in place, the so-called “white basin technology”, and the above-ground part will be made of pre-fabricated elements.  The buildings will be made using modern design and technical solutions, in accordance with the guidelines of the LEED Platinum certification. The green areas surrounding the project constitute its characteristic feature: 60 percent of the plot will be occupied by landscaped areas, including the so-called green roofs, high grasses, trees and water pools.

The stage one of project, executed by HOCHTIEF Polska Branch in Warsaw, was commissioned in 2012.
