The new project is to be completed in eight months
HOCHTIEF Polska received a commission to prepare an execution design and build a production and warehouse facility with a social-office part for GE Power Controls Sp. z o.o. in Bielsko-Biała. The investor of the project is Panattoni Western Poland Management Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw. The contract value was agreed to be kept confidential.
The commission involves the construction of a complex of buildings, consisting of a single story production and storage building, three office buildings (two of them two story and one single storey), including a social and technical part, two technical buildings (single storey and two storey), a chemical store and a fire pump station. The project also involves construction of a waste storage building, two security gatehouses, external networks, car parks, internal roads and green areas. The total usable area is approx. 45,600 square meters. Construction works begin in December of this year and finish in July 2015.
