The 1st stage of the residential project JK51, built by HOCHTIEF Polska, is ready to be inhabited by the residents. They have already begun receptions of their apartments in the building at Jana Kazimierza 53/53A Street. 147 out of 163 apartments, which were accomplished during the 1st stage, have been sold so far. The JK51 offers single- to four-room apartments with a total area from 32 to 77 square meters. Each one has an own balcony or a loggia. Some of the apartments at the upper floors have large terraces on the rooftop, while some of them at the ground level have their own garden-plots. From the side of Jana Kazimierza Street there are commercial premises. Beneath the building there is an underground garage. During the 1st stage about 8 400 square meters of a total area was made. The JK51 is a gated housing estate, equipped with double access control. On the inner courtyard there is a leisure area for residents and a playground.
By the end of the year the 2nd stage of the JK51 will be finished. It will offer about 6 000 square meters of an usable area, with 111 apartments with a floor area from 30 to 69 square meters. On the ground level, there will be three commercial premises. A garage and storerooms will be located on the underground level.
